Elaine Fleetwood obtained her B.A. from Newman University and her J.D. from Oklahoma City University. She is licensed to practice law in Kansas and the U.S. Courts for the District of Kansas. She began her legal career primarily handling bankruptcy. Over the last several years, her practice has broadened to include personal injury and worker’s compensation. Her current practice is primarily concentrated in Consumer Bankruptcy, Personal Injury representing injured individuals, and Worker’s Compensation representing injured Kansas workers. Elaine serves on the Bench-Bar Committee for the Kansas Bar Association and on the Bankruptcy Committee for the Wichita Bar Association. She is also active member of the Kansas Women Attorneys Association and was on the Board of the Wichita Women Attorneys Association from 2008 to 2011.
