We have settled thousands of cases and Ryan Hodge has tried as many, if not more, personal injury cases in the last ten years than any other injury lawyer in the entire state of Kansas. We don’t have a goal of trying cases. We have a goal of getting the most for our client and that means trying the case if we think the insurance company is selling our client short. Consequently, if a client wants to try a case, we go to Court.

The benefit of trying cases is that insurance companies know our reputation. That reputation results in better settlements for our client’s that do not want to go through the hassles of trial. In some instances our client’s want a company to change their ways as part of the settlement. When that can be done, we support the decision of our client’s to use their settlement as a way to make people in Kansas safe.

We have listed some of our recent settlements and verdicts. You will notice we do not publish the amounts of our settlements. We do not give amounts because we believe such information is misleading. The amount recovered in any given case is dependent on the client’s desires, the amount of insurance available and the skill of the attorney representing the injured person in Trial. While we do not give our settlement amounts, we will tell you that we routinely get cases referred to us from other attorneys and recover several times the amount the original attorney had been offered.
